A love of food and all things local to the Manning Valley has led Chef Mel, who left Sydney in 2014, to embark on a new journey to make the finest Chilli Sauces the region has to offer. Teamed up with her irrepressible husband, Dan, who takes care of the Garden, she has carved out a place in the pantries and hearts of everybody who has met her....
