Spicy Kangaroo Meatballs

  • 500g minced kangaroo

  • 1 free range egg

  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs

  • 1/2 bottle Granny Mel's Scorcher

  • 400g Peeled Tomatoes 

  • Vege oil for frying

  • Fettuccine for 4

  • 1/2 cup Mozzarella Cheese - grated

  • 1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese - grated

Mix first 3 ingredients together with 1/4 of the Granny Mel's Scorcher, smoodge it around with your hands, smoodge it some more. Heat oven to medium. Heat oil in a frying pan. Roll kangaroo mix into small balls and brown in frying pan. Put balls into oven dish, cover with rest of sauce, tomatoes and cheeses and pop into the oven for about 30mins. In the meantime, cook fettuccine and whatever veges or salad you wish to serve with the above. (We had fried zucchini, mushrooms and capsicum.) Throw on some fresh basil if you like. Serves 4
