A big sploosh of Granny Mel's Kasouni
Preheat oven 160C
Rub Granny Mel's Kasouni onto the ribs. Into a tray, cover with foil and pop into oven for 40mins. Take off foil (save for later), baste with juices and back in (uncovered) for 20mins. Rest, covered with foil on a plate and use pan juices to make gravy.
Serve with jacket potatoes, sour cream and other yummy things
