White Bean & Garlic Dip

  • 400g can White Beans

  • 1 x Tablespoon Granny Mel's Caramelized Garlic

  • 1 x Tablespoon Tahini

  • Squeeze of lemon


Put everything in a blitzer and blitz. If too thick, add a couple of tablespoons of water.

Serve with cheese & crackers

Caramelized Garlic Bread

  • 1 x Sourdough Stick type bread

  • 1/2 jar Granny Mel's Caramelized Garlic

  • 1/2 cup grated cheese

  • Fresh Thyme (if you fancy)


Preheat oven 180C Slice bread whichever way you like. Moosh all other ingredients together with a fork.

Pop on tray & into oven until cheese is melted and bread is crusty (about 12mins)

Garlicky Roast Chook

  • 1 FREE RANGE Chook

  • ½ jar Granny Mel's Caramelized Garlic

  • Olive Oil

  • Salt & Pepper

 

Set oven to 160C. Wiggle your fingers under the skin of the chook, squish Granny Mel's Caramelized Garlic into the gap between the skin & flesh. Olive oil over the top, salt & pepper to taste & pop it into the oven for how ever long it takes to cook (about 1.5hrs). Be sure to use the pan juices and extra garlic to make the gravy.

Serve with whatever you feel like.
