Sticky Pork Belly

  • FREE RANGE Pork Belly

  • A big Blob of Granny Mel's Chilli Jam

  • A sploosh of Soy Sauce

  • A little bit of Butter

  • Spring Onion, sliced

 

Preheat oven to 180C Cut Pork Belly into 2cm cubes. Pop into a casserole dish, coat with Granny Mel's Chilli Jam & Soy Sauce. Into oven for about 1-1.5hrs, stirring every so often. Stir in Butter & Spring Onions.

Serve with Jasmine Rice & Asian Greens

Mix Granny Mel's Chilli Jam & Mayo in a bowl. Put prawns out on the table and voila! Once again, you are the Champion of the Universe.
